2. Q: Do you accept OEM Brand?
    A:OEM is acceptable, we can offer you free label design service.

3. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
    A: Our factory is located in Jiaxian County, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province.
    You can fly to Xinzheng Airport directly, we will pick you up at the airport.
    All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcomed to visit us.

4. Q: Can I get some samples?
    A: We are honored to offer you free samples, but customer should bear freight cost.

5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
    A: Only manufacture high quality and stable batch products can ensure user's safety and consistent effect.

6. Q: Is there any after-sales service system in our company?
    A: If quality problem, we can replace the goods for our customers.
